Ta'sees Circle is an independent, non-commercial digital platform established strictly to serve the Muslim Ummah across Pakistan, Canada, and globally. Our primary mission is to foster authentic Islamic community connections, enable online knowledge sharing, provide Quran & Hadith-based guidance, and facilitate community networking.
We operate solely as a digital bridge uniting Muslims. We do not operate for commercial profit or corporate agendas.
2. Financial Policy — 100% Free Services & No Financial Aid Accepted

Ta'sees Circle provides all platform features and directory services completely 100% FREE OF COST for all three hubs: Investment Hub, Business Hub, and Featured Ads. We do NOT take any charge, listing fee, registration fee, or commission for any service we provide. Additionally, we do NOT request, collect, process, or accept any kind of financial aid, donations, or investments from any individual or business.
All community members are free to showcase their businesses, explore halal investment proposals, and post community ads without any charges whatsoever. If you receive any communication or request claiming to represent Ta'sees Circle while asking for payment, financial aid, or investment funds, please report it immediately as it is unauthorized and fraudulent.
3. Non-Intermediary & Zero Guarantor Liability Disclaimer
Ta'sees Circle provides public directories—such as the Business Hub, Investment Proposal Hub, and Featured Ads—solely as a public digital bulletin board to allow community members to discover and connect with one another.
No Financial Brokerage or Guarantor Role
- Ta'sees Circle is NOT a financial broker, investment advisor, escrow service, or legal guarantor for any transaction or proposal listed on the platform.
- We do not verify, endorse, guarantee, or audit the financial standing, legality, profitability, or authenticity of any business deal, investment proposal, or service offering.
- Ta'sees Circle is NOT responsible or liable for any financial exchanges, investments, loans, debts, breaches of contract, or disputes arising between individuals or businesses meeting through this platform.
User Responsibility & Due Diligence: All financial agreements, business partnerships, or monetary transactions are conducted strictly between the involved parties at their own risk. Users are strongly advised to perform independent legal, financial, and Islamic due diligence before entering into any transaction.

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to operate the platform securely and effectively:
- Account Details: Name, email address, password, and optional profile details when registering an account.
- Community Submissions: Information voluntarily submitted when creating discussion posts, Business Hub profiles, investment proposals, or featured ads.

- Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, traffic sources, and device usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive browsing data. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag.
